I actually discovered this while reading a paper for my Colonial Africa class and seeing the name referenced as a member of Parliament. Turns out the 5th Baron Harlech was ambassador to the US in the 60s and his kids were involved with Eric Clapton and The Rolling Stones to some degree. He died in a car crash in 1985, making the flavor text on the Evil Eye seem sort of creepy and referential.<br /><br />Its not just a random funny sounding name.
